Meet us: Krissa & Kevin Perry, Mary & Keaton Perry & granddaughter, Kaisley
Lost Creek Properties was established in 2016 by Krissa & Kevin Perry who both grew up in small towns around Paris, Texas. Since then, they have expanded their love for Hochatown tremendously.
Family
Krissa and Kevin have one son, Keaton. Keaton and his wife, Mary had their first baby, Kaisley, July 14th, 2022. The family has owned a vacation home in Hochatown since 2007 and have been coming to Hochatown and Broken Bow Lake area for many years.
Over the years
Krissa and Kevin have built several cabins in the area and have a great deal of knowledge of that process. After selling the majority of their healthcare business in 2017, in which they had owned for twenty-three years, they wanted to do more than just build in the area. On December 29th, 2016 they closed on their first property to develop. Lost Creek Development consisted of seventy-five acres making up fifty lots. Lost Creek sold its last lot late 2020. Keaton and Mary joined the business in 2021 and help manage the property and behind the scenes work. With the area still thriving Kevin and Krissa started on purchasing property for their second development in early 2020. COVID slowed this process down considerably and they finally got the contract on the new land in December 2020 and closed on January 29th, 2021. Lost Creek North launched one hundred and one lots on June 22nd, 2021 and sold out within a few months. LCN is coming together to be another great development by Lost Creek Properties, in the heart of Hochatown. With Hochatown still booming and the demand for cabins still progressing, Kevin and Krissa closed on another development, Lost Creek Northwest, on February 2nd, 2022, and started offering lots for sale March 2023. Kevin when asked what he loves most about what they have done in Hochatown said, “Meeting some really good people and seeing the joy on their faces when they purchase their lot, build and then come and spend time with their family in their new cabin. Seeing them enjoy what all Hochatown has to offer.”
Krissa and Kevin have had the privilege of having spent a lot of quality time with family and friends and have made some great memories in Hochatown over the years. With the addition to their family, wonderful daughter-in-law, Mary in 2020 and now our precious granddaughter, Kaisley, July 14th, 2022, we look forward to many new memories to come spending quality time Livin’ The HochaLife.
With the recent growth seen in the area, there are so many more things to enjoy in Hochatown. But not to many beat spending the day on the lake and ending it sitting around a campfire making s’mores with loved ones or a quite night by the campfire telling stories and looking at the stary sky.
